RESUMO:

This research is carried out through the construction of a suture involving Foucault's studies, the studies on University and the agency of the Technical and Administrative in Education, whose main objective is to analyze the agency of the modes in which we become subjects TAE within the Universities. Let us focus on specific objectives: a) to understand how legal and juridical devices are creating and establishing roles and positions within the Institutions of Higher Education; b) study the process of bureaucratization and disciplining of universities and the formation of a category for the development of medium-level activities; c) understand the conflicts and disputes contemporary and neoliberal in the ways of seeing, saying and acting of the Administrative Technicians in Education. For this, we use as methodology the archeogenealogy analysis in the comprehension of both the discursive formations and the practices, strategies and exercises of power. Thus, we will organize the thesis as follows: in the first chapter we will guide the reader in the immersion of the research presenting the methodological aspects and the bibliographic review; in the second chapter, we will emphasize the creation and establishment of roles and positions within the Institutions of Higher Education; in the third chapter, we will approach the process of bureaucratization and disciplining of universities; in the fourth chapter, we will seek to inquire about the tensions and conflicts present in the Universities in the neoliberal outcome of managerialism in Education and the category of Technical-Administrative in Education.
