This work is the result of research to complete the professional master's degree in Teaching and Ethnic-Racial Relations, at the Federal University of Southern Bahia-UFSB, at the Institute of Humanities, Arts and Sciences- IHAC - Campus Paulo Freire, Teixeira de Freitas- Bahia, with the objective of an anti-racist agenda, of the “Life Project” curricular component, of the First and Second grade classes of the New High School, of the Colégio Estadual Professora Aurivaldina Joazeiro, locus of the research, located in the City of Itamaraju-Bahia. For the research to be carried out, a well-structured and robust theoretical contribution was necessary, from renowned authors who have dedicated themselves and continue to focus on defending the cause of black movements, the fight against racism and who present anti-racist proposals, which outline the history and trajectory of black people, their weaknesses, their challenges and their achievements, in a scenario of losses, suffering and restrictions caused by whiteness, in a racist reality. The methodological path had as its field of study racism and anti-racist practices through the Action Research methodology, and as a collection source, Bibliographic and Documentary research; and for the students' reports, the Life History method was used. Still in the methodological field, the research was developed through the Active Listening resource, based on Active Learning Methodologies. As a final product, an ebook was created and is available in the Appendix section, the main objective of which is to give scope to debates and individual and collective constructions, with work developed within the proposed planning, which will serve as a guide within the locus school of research, as pedagogical support material for professionals and researchers who are interested as a source of research and guidance in combating racism, with anti-racist practices, in ethnic-racial relations.
