RESUMO:

This memorial presents the stages of elaboration of the research that made possible the creation of the educational product EDUCAETHOS: an educational app for the reeducation of ethnic-racial sociabilities. An educational application that enables self-identification, recognition and ethnic-racial valorization in the promotion of ethnic-racial relations and the teaching of African, Afro-Brazilian, indigenous and gypsy history and culture in the school community of the Integrated Education Complex of Itamaraju-BA. In the methodology of the research and selection of the contents present in the app we base ourselves on the theoretical-methodological contributions of Thiollent (2011) practiced in each one of the group discussions, composed of teachers, students, employees and managers of the field where the research gained materiality, the Itamaraju Integrated Education Complex. EducaEthos has eight phases: i) "Identity Quiz"; ii) "Did you know?"; iii) "Truth X Lie"; iv) "Take Note"; v) "Who Am I?"; (vi) "self-assessment"; (vii) "Empowerment"; (viii) "Certification". Based on the contents discussed in each one of them, it is believed that a practical implementation can occur in the implementation of Laws 10.639 / 03 and 11.645 / 08, in the Integrated Education Complex of Itamaraju, according to LBDN guidelines, through recognition ethnic singularities and particularities, as well as the inequalities and discrimination existing in that school. The development environment for creating web applications or mobile devices chosen was Google's platform, App Inventor, with Android operating system, because it has ease of handling by lay developers for this type of tool and that promotes the introduction in the relations debate ethnically and racially, the more forceful use of Information and Communication Technologies, especially applications for mobile devices, for their functionality, applicability and reach, as well as encourages the use of application development platforms by means of coding based on blocks to boost their use in combating and deconstructing racism and prejudice in the school environment.
