RESUMO:

The present work aims at qualifying the political-didactic product titled "VOICES" in the Master´s Program of the Graduate Program in Teaching and Ethnic-Racial Relations (PPGER) of the Federal University of Southern Bahia (UFSB). VOICES is the result of the project "Ciranda de Mulheres - an intervention-action from the Feminist Collective Diva Guimarães", built to work with him in a continuous partnership, and which provided the arrival of teacher Diva Guimarães for the foundation of the Collective in which she is patron. It is a document destined to the different spheres of public power (municipal, state and federal), private and third sector, educational, religious, health and social assistance institutions, besides the various organs of protection of women, containing guidelines qualified for the creation and management of specific public policies for this public. The material exposes the political and community processes of the organization of women's meetings, strategy used to build the document. In theoretical terms, the project is based on the perspective of decolonial feminism and uses participatory action research as a method to achieve its central objective: the detailing of women's demands in the territories of the region, respecting the particularities of the demands of each group studied: indigenous women, peripheral, remaining quilombolas and peasants. Thus, this document is also defined as the materialization of qualified listening in relation to ethnic-racial narratives in the region, considering that it was built collectively with plural women, for about two years. At that time, women rescued memories, exchanged knowledge, reported moments of difficulty and resistance. Her VOICES were recorded and will contribute significantly to the debates on ethnic-racial relations in the Far South of Bahia.
