The present work aims at the development of a website that will support pertinent information to the community of Helvécia, besides serving as a pedagogical tool to enable the teaching process about quilombola communities and local history. In this communicative way, the voices of the founders of the Quilombola Association of Helvécia (AQH) are fundamental, since they incorporate elements of the historical context, that is, marks of the political, economic, social, mobilization of the community in the fight for rights. Methodologically, the work is based on the ethnographic clipping and the use of written and oral sources, from which it is sought to highlight the quilombola voices in the discursive texture of the association's website. It is important to note that sociability and human communication are structuring elements of the social, affective and constructive relations of the collective senses of identity. Communication corresponds to the anthropogenic principle, being conductive, according to Vygotskyan thought, of the cognitive and organizational transformations, capable of articulating and organizing groups, basing their collective existence. In times of advancement of communication through digital channels, the use of electronic platforms has the potential to resize narratives for political engagement and participation. Thus, cyberspace represents a new way of mediating communication and establishing links and contacts, being able to inform, subsidize learning and mobilize groups. In this scenario of digital mediation of political and affective relations, it is pertinent to elaborate a site that publishes the information of the Quilombola Association of Helvécia (AQH), where materials are also available for the development of the teaching-learning process in formal educational spaces, not formal and informal. Thus, the dual function of the portal is anchored in the communication / education binomial, essential to the projection of voices, black identities, peasant struggles and cultural expressions that mark the historical trajectory of the remaining quilombola community of Helvécia.
