RESUMO:

The study analyzes the teaching of History, having as reference the determinations of Law 10.639 / 03. To do so, part of the perspective of how historically the discipline has been taught in the context of teaching-learning practices in Basic Education. In this sense, the study under analysis is intended to problematize what are the effective contributions of said Law in the training of professionals who act in the teaching of History searching through the analysis to read to what extent, in what way and in what ways is possible decolonized teaching practice.
