RESUMO:

The research project aims to make a survey on the pedagogical practices of ethnic and racial policies implemented in Law 10.639 / 03, which determines the compulsory teaching of Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture. throughout the country. For its accomplishment, the pedagogical practices of the state public schools of the city of Porto Seguro-BA will be analyzed, dialoguing with the federal and state guidelines that seek to assure, dialogue and support the implementation of their reflections of the school managers, coordinators. teachers pedagogical practices implemented voltages for the teaching of African and Afro-Brazilian history and culture in school everyday. The methodological path that allows access to a research is supported in some circumstances such as a documentary analysis, interviews, focus groups and participant observation.
