This project studies the ways of knowing them and making relative to the ceramic production in the traditional communities of the Pataxó Reserve of the Jaqueira, Safe Port/Ba, and District of Coconut palms, Maragogipe /Ba. It is related to education and the informal education in the production spaces, with focus in the techniques and procedures, perpassando the educational, technological and human universes of the maestria. It has as objective specific to contribute for scientific, technological, economic and social the development of the territory by means of the creation of a Course Technician of Craftsman in Ceramics as Social Technology. He is in alignment with the goals of the Objectives of Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS/ONU); with the National Strategy of Science, Technology and Inovação (ENCTI) and with the Plan To progress. Its achievement contributes for the fulfilment of the goals of Agenda 2030.
