RESUMO:

This research purpose aims to comprehend if the interdiction of ceremonies related to African roots religions has caused impacts on people who accepted to collaborate with this research process. In order to study how this interdiction happened as well as the relation of these collaborators with the religions, we will make semi-structured interviews that aim to bring light to life history of them, emphasizing the religious aspect. The Analytics Psychology field theory built by Carl Gustav Jung will help us as guide to analyze the personal tracks as well as in life history investigative methodology, that following JOSSO (2010), it approaches narrative and perception of people towards their knowledge of themselves and this methodology step will be used in this work under micro history purposed by Carlo Ginzburg in order to knowing history in quotidian characters. Six people compose the group that collaborates with this research. They’re all afrobrazilians, on CAPS (Psychosocial Attention Center) in Caravelas, city in Far South Bahia, and all has shown different levels of psychic suffering. They also have in common the fact of they had experienced an huge rupture with African Roots religions (and then they had embraced Christians religions). As final research product, besides a discursive document, we will produce ludic educational objects, inspired by their life history. Its objective aims to preserve people connection – mainly afrobrazilians – with African culture elements and propose an cultural experience for people who are not afrobrazilians.
