RESUMO:

Thinking about the condition of vulnerability of many black, bisexual and lesbian women, socially invisible, I seek, in this work, from the analysis of the experiences of four students, to examine the paths of women who decided to break with the heteronormative patterns of a macho society, racist, bifobic and lesbophobic, and how they (re) build and (self) recognize themselves within their trajectories in the school space. Based on this problem, we propose to discuss what it means to be a woman in Brazilian society: a society historically marked by patriarchy, heteronormativity and racism. The student trajectory of the women interviewed is linked to the context of two peripheral schools in the city of Eunápolis/Bahia, namely, Colégio Estadual Baden Powell (Moisés Reis district) and the Arnaldo Moura Guerrieri Municipal school (Dinah Borges district). We emphasize that there is no homogeneity of “being a woman”. We women have different characteristics, either by our sexual orientation, color or class. I start from the understanding that talking about black lesbian and bisexual women is talking about a triple oppression: being a woman in a sexist society, being a black woman in a sexist and racist society and being a woman, black and bisexual/lesbian in a sexist, racist and biphobic society/lesbophobic. Recognizing the social barriers that we women face daily, we understand the need to not let issues like these die in the academic debate. To this end, we problematize the discriminatory speeches that are given to bisexual/black lesbian students, arising from a society based on heteronormativity that despises and excludes behavior that is inconsistent with this standard. To support a discussion he proposes in this research, he uses some theorists who use concepts that help in the analysis of the field of sexuality, education and sexuality through education. We used authors like Michel Foucault (1988) to think of sexuality as a device to control individuals' desires; Kimberlé Crenshaw (2002) to understand intersectionality, Kabengele Munanga (2003) to discuss racism or theoretical point of view, Judith Butler (2003) with the concept of performance, Guacira Lopes Louro (2014) with an approach of gender and sexuality in education, among others. Based on the result of this research, we propose the realization of a Training Course directed to all Pedagogical Coordinators for Elementary School II of the municipal schools of the city of Eunápolis, in order to debate issues related to the study of gender and sexuality, in order to cause a problematization in the school curriculum and in the pedagogical practices of teachers of the municipality. From this course, as a final product, we will make a documentary that includes the studies and analyzes achieved in this work, in order to enable schools of basic and higher education to use it as a tool to promote debates on gender and sexuality in education.
