RESUMO:

This research assumes a role based on penetrations of transgender blackness subordinate
to cultural channels, based on the manifestations of the black transgender subject in
peripheral communities. The research path takes place around Sarará Trans, a cultural
soiree of protagonism of trans blackness, carried out in partnership with Abayomi Casa
de Cultura. In this sense, we seek to evaluate this experience as a space for precious
encounters, involving art and ancestry, establishing anti-coloniality in the social space.
In addition to supporting processes of self-knowledge of transgender people, it is
intended to verify how this space allows an epistemological experience in relation to
affectivity and social life. Therefore, we conceptualize specific work methodologies in
which art and pedagogical actions in the community enable significant approaches in
the peripheral environment, providing a welcoming space in order to discuss ways of
confronting social oppression, as a liberating process. The practical-analytical path is
based on the establishment of a partnership between black transgender people and white
transgender people and black cisgender people, thus moving political and social issues
of gender disobedience and ethnic-racial processes in an expanded way. We base the
artistic axis of the project on anti-colonial perspectives as a powerful source in the
teaching and learning processes, establishing bridges between the fields of art and
education. The function of this project is to establish a peripheral artistic development
center through artistic expressions and conversation circles, establishing connections
between the experiences of trans pretense. Multilateral dialogues are then made
possible, aiming to involve everyone from different classes, genders and races. In this
dissertation, I propose an interaction about my experiences and how I build myself as a
trans black man during the creation process, enabling the development of this research
based on Afro-descendant ancestry and transcestralized afro-brazilities.
