RESUMO:

The memorial gift is divided into two parts. The first presents reflections on my trajectory as a woman, black and public school teacher. Based on these initial reports, I seek to demonstrate the need to develop an increasingly anti-racist education. In the second part, I present a qualitative research developed from a literature review and textbook analysis. The objective is to investigate the representation of the authorship of black women writers in the textbook of the curricular component of Portuguese Language and Literature, used in the 3rd year high school classes at Colégio Estadual Indígena de Coroa Vermelha - Bahia. The theoretical framework selected has helped us to understand which literary works and authors work with the theme of this research and has also collaborated to confirm the analyzes carried out in this research, using as a framework researchers and writers in the area such as Grada Kilomba, Conceição Evaristo, bell hooks, among others, which help us to understand the representation of black female authorship in textbooks and how this representation should be inserted in literary studies. The analysis of the textbook allows us to identify how the organizers of the textbook treat black female literary production, whether in a Eurocentric or decolonial way, which influences the way teachers approach literature in the classroom. The third part of this Memorial is in the process of writing, which will consist of the presentation of complementary material to the textbook. The aforementioned material will be aimed at the study and analysis of the literary production of four black authors, also providing guidance on activities to be worked on in Portuguese language and literature classes.
