To overcome the problem of lack of effective inclusion and adequate training of lunch ladies and empower them as educating agents, who actively participate in the educational process of eating at school, it is necessary to be seen and included as important in this action. Just as for anthropology, the implications of eating are more important than the act of eating itself, what matters here is not just the public policy of food and nutrition assistance, but to understand this act from a decolonial and Afro-centered perspective in order to to empower the agents involved in the school feeding process, in this case, the lunch ladies.
