SUMMARY:

ABSTRACT:Faced with the contemporary social context, in which a portion of the population remains active in the struggle to break with patriarchal parameters, sexism and machismo; the other takes a stand against human rights, reproducing physical and/or symbolic violence, sometimes transversal to journalism. In this context, it is considered that the journalistic text, in addition to its informative function, can promote human rights and citizenship, however, the inverse of this purpose is observed. In this sense, it is questioned about the symbolic/discursive violence from a study carried out in the news of the police journalism of Liberdade News: a Força da Notícia, one of the web newspapers that circulate in Bahia, when it reports on crimes committed to travestis in the south and extreme south of Bahia, one of the most vulnerable groups in the context of Brazilian crime. The main objective is: to promote, having as theoretical and methodological foundations the philosophy of language, by Mikhail Bakhtin (1977), the archeology of knowledge by Michel Foucault (1990) and textual linguistics, by Costa Val (1991), digital environment that promotes education in a non-formal scope, paying attention to the decolonization of stigmas about travestis and trans people, as well as the production and socialization of educational material, which will bring in its composition contents produced by travestis and trans women, since it is intended to “talk to them”. Through this research, located in the field of language, communication and education, it is defended the promotion of confrontations with gender violence (transphobia), promoting in the utterances in different textual genres, criticism of structural machismo, as this along with the Patriarchy has intensified violence against bodies that are “out of line” with male and female binarism, as can be seen in the high rate of murder of trans and travestis in Brazil.
