RESUMO:

Dossier presented at the Qualification Seminar as a partial requirement to obtain a Master's Degree in Teaching and Ethnic-Racial Relations in the Postgraduate Program in Teaching and Ethnic-Racial Relations. This dossier consists of the first version of the master's project, the second version after admission to the program and an article that deals with the memories, experiences and identities of the black and brown students of the Federal University of Southern Bahia. The analysis and results of this discussion will compose the final didactic product of the mentioned Master's Program. During the course of this dossier, we intend to approach the ways in which ethnic-racial relations can be discussed within educational institutions, using a mini-book as a base vehicle to disseminate this information, as a final product of the proposed research. This research intends to transpose the limits and crises of elitist cultural selection and discuss the absences or stereotypes of ethnic or minority groups in Brazilian society, bringing to the center of the debates the formation and transformation of the individual through his/her own narratives.
