SUMMARY:

The present project is a proposal and a planning for the production of an orientation manual within the scope of Permanent Education, with an application focus aimed at a multiprofissional team in the hospital context. This proposal is justified through the observation – based on self-experience in this professional field –, the support of a manual is urgent and necessary to consequently, for the learning process in addition to team motivation as a whole. Moreover, it is taken into consideration the essentiality of having health education practices in the hospital context. Among the project objectives, besides building the guidance manual itself, there are also the scientific survey to find evidence about Permanent Nursing Education – which will be done through an integrative review of the literature – and its content validation that aims the educational proposal implementation through an assessment to discover the agreement level within selected team judges, nurses, and hospital managers. The methodological steps will be divided into three main parts of the Educational Technology making, namely: contextualization, execution and validation. The study field is a Unified Health System hospital in south part of Bahia state. On the other hand, the validation will take place along the application and analysis of an evaluation form headed to the team. Finally, it is expected that the manual results generate a positive impact for professional performance of the hospital team involved during the research process. Furthermore, after completing the research, we look forward that the manual may be used as a hospital institution tool for the implementation and guidance in Permanent Health Education.
