RESUMO:
PhD thesis that leaves from the problematization of the territorial categories of the National System of Conservation Units and of the postcolonial, decolonial and descolonial theories of culture and society, attempts to demonstrate that the indigenous presence should not only be tolerated, but also encouraged in National ParksPhD thesis, which, based on the problematization of the territorial categories of the National System of Conservation Units and postcolonial, decolonial and decolonial theories of culture and society, attempts to demonstrate that the indigenous presence should not only be tolerated but also encouraged in National Parks, with a view to disinvigilating the Pataxó’s indigenous knowledge of management and coexistence of the Mata Atlântica. In addition to a bibliographical review, a situational ethnographic study of conflicts of intercultural nature was carried out in relation to the meetings of the interinstitutional working group, at 2018, to conclude a compromise between the Pataxó, Funai and ICMBio indigenous communities in relation to the overlap zones between TI Comexatibá and the Parna do Descobrimento.
