The black existence: narratives of the existence and identity of the afro-brazilian from the african philosophy
Keywords: black existence; existentialism; existential identity; afro-brazilian.
This research aims to develop a narrative about black existence, in order to do so, it adopts existentialist aspects that make up the existential identity of the Afro-Brazilian. Therefore, existentialist narratives of African and Afrodiasporic philosophers are adopted, delving in deconstructions of the Greek philosophical thought predominant in Western culture in favor of an adoption of narratives produced by African philosophy. This approach enables the development of Afroperspectives capable of presenting the Afro-Brazilian and himself - in a process of identifying his own existence, something that was perversely denied to him as an attempt of erasure.
