RESUMO:

As políticas afirmativas de inclusão em Universidades Federais têm contribuído
com a democratização do acesso ao ensino superior. Porém o uso das
tecnologias digitais no ambiente acadêmico pode gerar desigualdades no
acesso entre os discentes por não apresentarem letramento digital adequado.
A criação de um Manual de Acolhimento ao Calouro foi feita pela perspectiva
discente, desenvolvido nessa pesquisa-ação com encontros virtuais,
verificação das informações obtidas através de formulários online e da
pesquisa participante da autora como Assistente Operacional do Colégio
Universitário (Cuni) Ibicaraí por quase seis anos em um processo participativo
de escuta. O reconhecimento de restrições e facilidades quanto a efetividade
da Inclusão Digital nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem ao minimizar a
exclusão no percurso acadêmico, verificável através da pesquisa netnográfica,
no tocante ao perfil dos estudantes e diagnosticar suas competências e
habilidades na etapa da pesquisa bibliográfica delimitando conceitos das
terminologias digitais para melhor compreensão da pesquisa. O letramento
digital é entendido como aspecto de inclusão social. Esta pesquisa ocorre no
momento de pandemia devido ao Covid-19 e o contato com os discentes para
a intervenção-ação ocorre online e desenvolvida a partir da hipótese de que o
estudante Cuni necessita de um acolhimento no uso das tecnologias
disponíveis pela UFSB para que se reduza a e-xclusão no ambiente acadêmico
com a criação de um Manual.

Affirmative inclusion policies in Federal Universities have contributed to the
democratization of access to higher education. However, the use of digital
technologies in the academic environment can generate inequalities in access
among students for not having adequate digital literacy. The creation of a
Handbook for Welcoming Freshmen was made by the student perspective,
developed in this action-research with virtual meetings, verification of
information obtained through online forms and participant research by the
author as Operational Assistant at Colégio Universitário (Cuni) Ibicaraí for
almost six years in a participatory listening process. Recognition of restrictions
and facilities regarding the effectiveness of Digital Inclusion in teaching and
learning processes by minimizing exclusion in the academic path, verifiable
through netnographic research, regarding the profile of students and diagnosing
their skills and abilities in the bibliographic research stage, delimiting concepts
from digital terminology for a better understanding of the research. Digital
literacy is understood as an aspect of social inclusion. Digital literacy is

time of pandemic due to Covid-19 and the contact with students for the
intervention-action takes place online and developed from the hypothesis that
the student Cuni needs to be welcomed in the use of technologies available at
UFSB so that reduce e-xclusion in the academic environment with the creation
of a Manual.
